About Francesca Escoto
How do you become a social change agent, an engineer, a speaker, a business coach, an author, and a serial entrepreneur in one lifetime? You struggle with identity, you don't fit in in most places (especially in the corporate world), you try a lot of things, and you fail quickly. At least that's how Francesca did it.
Francesca is a visionary leader with a dual-career in non-profit transformational community development and for-profit software implementations that make our government more efficient.
She has started various ventures, learning from successes and failures in tech, sales and process optimization. She is also a certified professional coach, project management professional, and certified scrum master.
Francesca has been tapped by MIT Media Lab, WPI, Cosmo For Latinas, SXSW, Code2040, the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers, NPR, and others to share her wisdom on their stages and pages. She has a Bachelor of Science BS in Industrial Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, and loves being a mom to her three daughters, figurative and portrait painting, and salsa dancing.
