About Serena Wadhwa
I work from a Gestalt and Existential orientation; however, integrate counseling, psychology, substance use disorder, and trauma evidence-based practices and approaches. I also explore complementary and alternative medical approaches, culture, spiritual beliefs, and lived experiences.
As a collaborative coach/guide witness, I assist in exploring your process of self-healing and self-love (a spiritual and physical reality) to increase the quality of life and reduce negative consequences while helping you create realistic action steps. I welcome the opportunity to explore further how my experience, training, and education may fit your needs.
My work is based on the foundation of a collaborative, accepting, mindful and non-judging space. Individuals struggle and when they are ready, it's important to see what options exist to move forward. The ego (mind), with all its conditions and demands, has its agenda, yet the heart (spirit) and body know differently. When these parts are aligned, individuals experience their lives differently, holistically, and freely.
