I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in all aspects of relationships. I have worked with hundreds of individuals and couples since I began my training in 2002.
Relationships make and break us. They hold the power to heal and transform. Our connections with others can be the greatest source of joy and fulfillment as well as pain and worry.
I work to help men and women create the relationships they want in all areas of life including: work, friendships, family and romantic partnerships. Our ability to connect with others is deeply rooted in our connection and relationship with ourselves.
My practice areas include systemic psychotherapy as well as executive and career coaching and development. I speak on topics including self-care, parenting, marriage, workplace effectiveness and stress management.
Intensive, customized retreats are available in the Portsmouth, NH area. Areas of focus include relational conflict, marriage preparation and business owner retreats.
I am also an Adjunct Professor at The University of New Hampshire.
