I am a passionate and clinically qualified sex therapist and relationship counsellor. I have a strong interest in integrative approaches to relationship counselling, sex therapy, and individual counselling which includes holistic approaches to concerns around sexuality.
As a sex therapist I draw on a number of approaches including tantric practices, breathing and connection practices, and self enquiry methods, all of which may further improve therapeutic outcomes, resulting in a more energetic disposition and renewed zest for life.
My desire is to see people achieve connection and intimacy with themselves, initially, in order to facilitate deeper relationships with those around them, including partners, spouses, lovers, friends, family and other loved ones.
