I have been a practicing Psychologist for 20 years specializing in Couples Therapy. I have taken advanced training with the Gottman Institute (Levels I & II), have studied the methods of Dan Wile (Collaborative Couple Therapy) and Sue Johnson (Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy).
My undergraduate education was accopmplished at California State University, Fullerton, while my graduate work was done at BIOLA University in Southern California. Post-graduate work was done at Internationl Institute for Object Relations Therapy in Bethesda, MD with Drs. Jill and David Scharff.
I have studied the works of Allan Schore and Daniel Siegel, from UCLA, on Interpersonal Neurobiology, the process of how the brain wiring changes under the influence of relationships.
