I grew up in the beautiful Portland, Maine area. After losing both parents by the age of 20, I married and had two children. When I was in my mid-thirties my life completely changed. I met a woman, fell in love and left my marriage to be with her. My life was filled with turmoil, fear and indecision, yet there was also excitement, joy and a connection I’d never felt before. I sought help, faced my fears and stepped into a wonderful new life. Was it easy? No. Was it worth it? Absolutely!
I founded Emerge Into You Life Coaching and since then it has been my passion to support and guide individuals who are experiencing a change in their sexuality in adulthood. I understand how difficult this “awakening” can be and I’ve got the experience and skill to move you from the fear and chaos into the sense of peace you discover when you live your authentic life. Coming Out Coaching allows me to help and nurture you through your personal journey; living your life true to who you are at your core. I listen and help guide you through self-exploration, identifying obstacles and creating strategies to move past them.
It is also my privilege to offer Relationship Coaching to help you improve the way you relate to and communicate with the important people in your life. To have the intimate, loving and honest relationships you want, it takes the courage to make changes – stripping away old beliefs and behaviors that aren’t working for you. It is my belief that you will attract and maintain great relationships when you take the time for your own self-development.
My personal joy comes from spending time with my long-term partner, family and friends. I also love to travel, garden, read and cook. I value honesty, open communication, belief in the power of human connection, empathic listening, confidentiality, trust and respect.
