About Lyndsay Katauskas
Lyndsay Katauskas is a wife, mother, business owner, Mars Venus Coach, and an Active Relationships facilitator with over 10 years of experience helping people have healthier relationships at work and at home.
Whether you are single looking to date, already in a relationship, engaged, married at any stage, contemplating divorce, or starting over after divorce or loss--Lyndsay can help (including parenting!). She specializes in teaching you assertive communication skills, how to listen to your intuition, and how to stay balanced and stress-free as you go about making improvements and achieving your goals. She emphasizes how men and women's physiology impacts how you communicate, what this means for the success of your relationships, and how you can positively impact your health in regards to stress management.
Lyndsay is a United States Naval Academy graduate and a former United States Marine Corps combat engineer officer. She holds her masters degree in counseling and has worked at elementary, high school, mental health and substance abuse outpatient clinics. Her clientele has varied widely from young children to sex offenders and from successful business owners to parolees. What has been in common with all of her clients is their desire to do something different and learn something new, so they can be better people and have better relationships.
As a Mars Venus Coach and Active Relationships Facilitator Lyndsay loves to explain neuroscience of change (how your brain works) and use her knowledge of solution focused brief therapy to empower her clients to accomplish their dreams.
When Lyndsay is not facilitating workshops or conducting individual coaching sessions she is playing with her children and dog, having fun with her husband who she's known since she was 17 years old, teaching Zumba or taking other Zumba classes, barefoot running, coming up with interesting Vegan dishes, sharing the health of doTERRA essential oils with others, making jewelry, or doing pilates or yoga.
