Hide Ya Kids, Hide Ya Wife: Josh Duggar Is On Ashley Madison

Former executive director of the Family Research Council (an organization created by conservatives to keep filthy sex and gays off your TVs) Josh Duggar isn't all that much of a family man after all, unless you count his victims.

Gawker reports that Duggar is one of the many, many cheaters revealed in the Ashley Madison hack. In case you missed it, Ashley Madison is a site that specializes in helping married people find partners with whom to cheat on their spouses. Classy!

Not only did Josh Duggar have a paid account in his name, he had two, and if you think it's a mistake, think again: The billing addresses match up, even if the birthdays are a little off, and let's be real here: The people most interested in policing the sex lives of others are usually the biggest freaks with the most skeletons in their closets.

Duggar seems to have cast a pretty wide net, requesting women who are short, tall, relaxed, aggressive, long haired, short haired. His specifications requested, though, that the woman he used to cheat on wife Anna Duggar be drug and disease free, because, well, even he has standards.

As for the sexual sordid stuff Josh Duggar was into in the bedroom, the Mick Huckabee supporter is pretty conventional, though he did express specific interests in sex toys, bubble baths for two and cuddling. Imagine the wonders he could have accomplished if he would have simply expressed those interests with his wife, Anna Duggar, or with anyone else before "courting" and marrying a woman he'd never even kissed yet.

That said, when you ignore everything else about this case — the molestation without remorse nor recourse, the cheating, the blatant hypocrisy — it almost makes you like the guy, doesn't it?

Almost.

Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to rinse my eyes and hopefully my brain with bleach.

Update: Josh Duggar has confirmed what we all know already — that yes, he was on Ashley Madison, and more shockingly, that he's a huge hypocrite:

I have been the biggest hypocrite ever. While espousing faith and family values, I have secretly over the last several years been viewing pornography on the internet and this became a secret addiction and I became unfaithful to my wife.

I am so ashamed of the double life that I have been living and am grieved for the hurt, pain and disgrace my sin has caused my wife and family, and most of all Jesus and all those who profess faith in Him.

I brought hurt and a reproach to my family, close friends and the fans of our show with my actions that happened when I was 14-15 years old, and now I have re-broken their trust.

The last few years, while publicly stating I was fighting against immorality in our country, I was hiding my own personal failings. 

As I am learning the hard way, we have the freedom to choose to our actions, but we do not get to choose our consequences. I deeply regret all hurt I have caused so many by being such a bad example.

I humbly ask for your forgiveness. Please pray for my precious wife Anna and our family during this time.
