Kate Rice is a journalist and author of a new memoir, "Cured: Beating Stage 4 Cancer and the Culture That Caused It." She's a runner and ski bum and a rock ’n roll singer and standup comic who performs mostly in the shower and sometimes on stage. Originally from Wisconsin, she is a devoted Green Bay Packer fan who knows nothing about football. A former New Yorker, she now lives in Park City, Utah, where she is a part-time ski instructor and rock 'n roll radio DJ.
She is also a political activist who loves to throw parties.
