I write about marriage, parenting, faith, work, politics, pop culture and current events. During the day I am a program manager at a literacy nonprofit organization. I am a writer, wife, boy mom, dog lover, avid baseball fan (go Braves!), bookworm, coffee addict, former elementary-school teacher and recovering leaver of two spaces after a period. I live with my husband, toddler, and two lazy dogs in an old house in Greensboro, North Carolina. I'm figuring out this adulthood thing one day at a time.
