About Bari Nan Cohen
I get paid to ask questions. For over 20 years, I've talked to celebrities, health experts and more about living well, for publications including Good Housekeeping, Self, YM, Glamour, More, Redbook, Marie Claire, babble.com, Parenting, Parents, and Shape. It is safe to say I have a knack for communicating with American women in every stage of life experience. I write a blog for Deer Valley Resort, covering all aspects of family ski life, and I keep readers in the loop on my quirky world view at my own blog.
I live in Park City, Utah, with my husband, our two sons and two dogs, where I am a wildly over-committed community volunteer. Currently, I serve on three parent-teacher organizations, teach Hebrew and Jewish Studies to 4th graders, weekly, and coach high school students on blog writing. I've been an amateur auctioneer, a street-corner campaigner, and I have a second-degree black belt in dessert (ordering, eating, etc.) I like whiskey, wine, espresso, chocolate and gratitude. A confirmed insomniac, I watch lots and lots of HGTV, and have seen The West Wing, in its entirety, at least 20 times.
I'm a graduate of Emma Willard School in Troy, NY, I've studied at Hebrew University in Jerusalem, Israel, and received my BA in English and American Literature from Brandeis University.
