Ashley K. Alaimo

Ashley is a single mother, freelance writer and "off-the-cuff" poet living in Western New York. She graduated from Buffalo State College with a degree in Music and Theatre, and also Medaille College with a degree in Education,  specializing in early childhood education. She has been published in the areas of parenting, relationships and early childhood education, focusing on the idea of "learning through play" (in other words, chill-out and let your kid be a kid). 

In addition to rockin' the single mom life, visiting Target and learning to cook Italian family recipes, she works as a social media manager for a talent agency, Exxcel Model & Talent. Ashley is currently working on a poetry book, and spends her spare time with the light-of-her-life son, larger-than-life family and love-of-her-life boyfriend.
