I am a licensed therapist, relationship expert and founder of Hilary Silver International, Inc where we have been helping individuals and couples transform their relationships for over 14 years.
We believe that the relationship we have with ourselves is the most important relationship of all, and only when we value, accept, love and trust ourselves will all of our other relationships thrive. Our work centers around empowering men and women, whether single and looking for love or in a committed relationship to show up in full authenticity and transparency in their relationships. This allows deep connection, greater intimacy and passion that lasts a lifetime.
Our original concepts and theories can be found in our program, Hot, Healthy & Happily Ever After, which we offer as a relationship mentorship program for men and women, an 8 week virtual program for women and an in-person retreat for couples. We also host the Live Your Truth Restorative Retreat for Women twice a year and are available for private counseling and coaching.
