About Kris Henderson
True story - my mother says I was an anxious child. So, my anxiety started a long time ago. I didn't necessarily know what it was when I was younger, but I've learned that it's just the way I'm hard-wired. While I can be fearless and take risks, in some ways I've struggled with my own anxious thoughts that have held me back from things throughout the years. And I've been stumped and perplexed as to where that anxious feeling and thoughts came from.
Hi, I’m Kris and I have anxiety!
Not only do I have anxiety, but I've worked for years with people who struggle with anxiety and depression too. Using a proven mindset technique, I am a thousand times better at managing my anxiety now. And I've helped many people overcome their fears and distorted thinking. They've become empowered to shift their way of thinking so they can live happy and productive lives.
I help guide people to find freedom from a overthinking, stressed-out, anxious mindset so they can feel more confident, have better communication skills, and fall more in love with themselves because they have purpose and feel positive!
Sometimes we all just need extra support to look at things differently. The concepts and techniques that I teach help people move their thinking in a new direction and if I can do it, you can too.
