I am a professional relationship coach and owner of Canaan Coaching & Consulting. I also recenly created TheMommiesGame. Over ten years ago, while going through my own divorce, I began participating personal development seminars through Landmark Education, PAX, and Peak Potentials. Through these programs I really began to enjoy the difference that I made for others, and learned I have a talent for coaching. With this in mind,I became professionally trained as a Coach by CoachU, the largest and one of the finest and most respected coach training schools in the world. I am a Core Essentials and Advanced Coach Training Program graduate from CoachU. I am also certified by the International Coach Federation (the foremost, internationally recognized professional association for coaches) which I holds the designation of Associate Certified Coach (ACC). After creating my own dream relationship, I started to design programs to help others find romance and happiness too. Meredith is now happily married, and has been with her husband for over 8 years. They have a beautiful 2 year-old daughter.
