I am the proud founder of Infinity Coaching providing career, leadership and life coaching that moves individuals forward allowing them to take COMMAND of their lives.
I partner with my clients helping them to connect inner passion and purpose to outer goals and strategies obtaining powerful and sustainable results. Through the coaching process clients have been able to create greater fulfillment and identify and live their dreams. Utilizing the principles of growth, opportunity, and development, clients determine and reach their definition of success. I provide a range of personal and group coaching services including Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Energy Leadership Index (ELI) assessments, workshops and seminars.
Prior to starting Infinity Coaching, I served in the United States Navy, retiring as a Navy Commander in 2012. I served as the Director, Human Capital Management of an organization of over 4,800 civilian, military and contract personnel. I specialized in Talent Acquisition, Professional Development, Personnel and Manpower. I also served as a Professor in the Department of Command, Leadership and Management at the United States Army War College. Upon retiring, I decided to turn the part I loved most about my job into a second career.
I host an internet radio show, Let’s Coach, airing Wednesdays at Noon Eastern and available on iTunes. I have been featured in Huffington Post, Monster and Money Magazine.
