I founded Central Florida-based integrative healing center, Path To Growth, LLC in 2006 with the hopes of utilizing my diverse education, training, and experience to create services, products, and experiences that support people as they journey their path to growth learning how to create an abundantly joyous life!
Having set out on my own conscious journey of inner work and healing in the late 90′s, I have discovered many things about the human experience. Ultimately, I’ve come to realize how equally joyous and traumatic it is to be human. I’ve discovered that ignoring pain also numbs joy and I’ve come to appreciate the ways that often bothersome symptoms like depression and anxiety come as messengers to help us pay attention to the ways we are (or aren’t) showing up in our lives. Each day I continue learning about myself and deepening my understanding of how we can reconnect with our authentic nature by acknowledging and healing our wounds and celebrating our successes along the way.
I’ve come to believe that we are each our own best healer. We have our own inner wisdom that knows what is needed to move forward, however sometimes this knowing becomes blocked as we unconsciously allow experiences to impact our mind, body, and spirit. It is at this time when we can consider seeking the external support of a qualified guide for relief.
When working with someone at my practice, we will trust in your ability to integrate the work we do together in whatever ways will best support your growth and healing. We will assist you in identifying your symptoms, how they are manifesting in your life and will then customize a treatment plan that meets your individual needs. Ultimately, we believe that therapists serve as facilitators and compassionate witnesses of a process that we work as a team with you to co-create.
It is our goal to offer a collaborative experience, catered to each individual’s needs. We work with individuals, including adolescents and adults from diverse cultures, races, classes, sexual orientations, gender identities, backgrounds, and spiritual traditions. We feel privileged to witness the process of our clients’ healing and look forward to the opportunity to work with you.
