A am a Spiritual Psychotherapist and Life Celebrant/ Wedding Officiant specializing in Self-Love, Life Transitions, Relationships & Families. I am a person who is very committed to authenticity and to my own personal journey of transformation. I strive to model this in my life, in my relationships, in what I teach and in all of my professional endeavors.
Through my extensive training and personal experience, I have learned that healthy relationships, with self and others, are the foundation of a meaningful and happy life and that these relationships are only possible when they are cultivated from a place of wholeheartedness and based on a sense of safety, which is created through mutual understanding and appreciation for each other’s vulnerabilities.
It is our basic human need for connection and healing that makes it essential that we learn to understand and pracitice Self-Love, so that we have the courage and resilience to reach out to those around us and cultivate safe, meaningful and lasting connections.
It is for these reasons that I have committed to creating and holding a space for people, like you, who are ready, willing and committed to your own profound journey of personal and spiritual transformation. These "spaces" come in the form of my writing, counselling/mentoring, speaking and in the various groups and workshops which I facilitate, such as Brené Brown's The Daring Way™ program and my own Self-Love Society workshops.
I have a philosophy that every person, of any age or background, has the power to live a truly meaningful and happy life and I believe that one’s attitude, beliefs and perspective have a lot to do with how we respond to whatever challenges we face. We cannot always control WHAT happens to us, but we do have the power to choose HOW we respond.
