About Bella Rosa
I am an attorney, passionate mediator, transformative consultant, compassion junkie, fierce advocate, and Colorado native. No matter my role, I have focused my life on building bridges, fostering understanding and shining warmth and light in the dark corners of humanity. I firmly believe that by engaging empathy, making conscious choices that honor the dignity in ourselves and each other we can create peaceful change in our lives. My mission is to decrease the trauma and shame in our relationship structures, increase the love we give and receive in the world.
My world revolves around pursuing honest and open relationships with integrity and love. I try to transform my hurtful experiences into teachable moments of hope and opportunity that I share with audiences through my writing and presentations. Since 2012 I have been presenting about consent, intersectionality and conscious relating, particularly in the poly, queer and leather communities. Professionally I have been working in legislative advocacy, mediating agreements for co-parents, teaching law enforcement about the poly, kink and swinging communities and most recently practicing disability law for our most vulnerable populations.
I am a married poly mother of 2. In my spare time I practice tribal fusion belly dance, advocate for consent culture and spend more than I should at comic cons: Wonder Woman is my hero, Star Trek is my religion and Battlestar Galactica owns my heart. So Say We All.
