Allison spent years of her life feeling isolated, guilty, lonely, lacking in confidence and unexpressed due to feeling "inappropriate" for being comfortable about sex.
She is now known affectionately as The Bedroom Joyologist, and is a Sex, Life and Relationship Coach who specializes in helping women re-connect to the passion in their life and let go of the guilt and shame (especially around sex) so they can experience more connection, more pleasure and more confidence – in and out of the bedroom.
Allison has a very holistic approach and uses her intuition, education and background in Natural Health, Reiki/Energy Work, Coaching, Psychology and Sexuality, plus her natural gift of making anyone feel comfortable opening up and talking about sex to help her clients.
She currently resides in Vancouver with her husband, Garret, and works with her clients through private high-end coaching programs, her Sexified Sisterhood group coaching program and through workshops – locally, internationally and virtually. When not working you’ll find her reading at a local coffee shop, out walking, cuddling with her man, working up a sweat (either at the gym or enjoying her favorite position – the not so vanilla “missionary”) or eating delicious food – she never passes on dessert!
