About Jo-Anne Weiler
Jo-Anne Weiler, in addition to her private counseling/coaching practice, gives public presentations, lunch & learn seminars for program facilitators and corporations, government organizations, professional associations and non for profit organizations on a full range of topics relating to successful strategies to help people thrive in their careers.
Jo-Anne is a member of the BCACC, BCMFT, & the International Coach Federation. She was the recipient of the “Outstanding Service Award” from BCACC in 2016. She is a marathon runner, tennis player, wife and mother of two adult children.
The programs that Jo-Anne Weiler has developed and delivered in the area of work life balance include subjects that relate to her own lifestyle specializations, including managing stress to engage a loving life, sleep A’s to Z’s, emotional literacy and communication at work, and relationship building in a work team environment. Jo-Anne has written numerous columns about these subject areas for academic journals, periodicals magazine & newspapers. Jo-Anne is currently writing a book on the ways we can keep love up and stress down.
