My approach encompasses the development of human potential, as well as the healing of traumatic assaults to that potential. Utilizing a wide variety of techniques, my focus is on what works to bring relief and resolution of the issues. Treatment is compassionate and solution-focused.  I am the founder and director of a group private practice, Life Source Solutions Center http://www.LifeSourceSolutions.com, where I work to help others in their healing process.

I am trained in EMDR for trauma and stress reduction. I also utilize other mind-body techniques that provide relief from stress and depression. In addition, I have trained with teachers from THE SECRET and am licensed to present and teach personal development materials and to coach for Life Success.
