I coach people who hear themselves saying, "Holy, shit! What happened to my life?" They have faced unexpected changes that push them to a state of deep confusion about their values and priorities. Together, we build new anchors in their lives so they never have to be that confused or overwhelmed again.

I know a few things about coming out of confusion and overwhelm.  I had to rebuild my own life after a divorce and the decision to leave a promising journalism career because my youngest child had a deadly illness. These changes pushed me to write a new definition of success for myself and accept things I never thought possible.
