I specialize in the treatment of individuals impacted by emotional, physical, sexual and/or spiritual abuse, as well as those impacted by their Sexually Addicted Partners. Other specialties include codependency, love addiction, relationship issues, couples recovering from sex addiction or affair betrayal, adult children of alcoholics, depression, anxiety and other of life’s difficult issues.
In addition to individual and couples work, I facilitate OWNING YOUR POWER: A Survivors Workshop which is a dynamic life-changing educational and experiential workshop designed for anyone who is ready to take a deeper look at how their family of origin dynamics are influencing current life issues and relationships. The framework and treatment model for this workshop was developed by Pia Mellody and is offered under the name Survivors I at The Meadows treatment center in Wickenburg, Arizona.
I have over 17 years experience working with individuals and couples with a variety of issues. She received her Masters of Social Work and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Florida, as well a Life Coach. I also received extensive training in:

I am certified as a Kundalini Yoga teacher, taught in the tradition of Yogi Bhajan. I have been practicing Kundalini Yoga since 2008 and completed the 220-hour Level One Teacher Training and a 60 hour module of Level Two instruction. I received my training from Deva Kaur in Coral Springs, Florida. I will be bringing Kundalini Yoga for Addiction classes and workshops to Boca Raton soon.
