ENTP
Strengths: As an ENTP, you are what is known as a visionary. You are an innovator. You are quick-witted and you know exactly what you want, and how to get it.
Weaknesses: As an ENTP, you have a tendency of not finishing projects once you start them. You move onto something new because you get bored or tired of the previous one. Remember that in order to achieve your goals, you must be able to train yourself to get things done, one by one.
INTP
Strengths: As an INTP, you function best when you have the freedom to do whatever it is your heart tells you to. You love the flexibility of working for yourself, so being an entrepreneur is the perfect route for your career goals.
Weaknesses: As an INTP, you are not easily persuaded. This can be a great quality to have, however, it can cause you to come across as being very close-minded. Remember that listening to other people’s ideas and opinions won’t kill you. And they might have some ideas that you will agree with as well.
ENTJ
Strengths: As an ENTJ, you work best in an environment where you possess all the control. You work best in these types of situations. That’s because you are intelligent, and a natural-born leader. Others follow that lead because they trust where you are going.
Weaknesses: As an ENTJ, you are far too argumentative. You rarely take other people’s feelings into account, often including your own. Your assertiveness can come across as aggressive and arrogant. Remember that being too defensive will come across as being an overall jerk.
INTJ
Strengths: As an INTJ, your mind is able to retain a tremendous amount of information all at once. Your mind is complex, and you are a naturally intelligent being.
Weaknesses: As an INTJ, you find it difficult to live in the moment. You’re always focusing on what’s coming next, and you look at the bigger picture making it impossible to focus on the here and now. Remember that living in the moment will help you appreciate not only the direction you’re going but also the direction you are coming from.
ISTJ
Strengths: As an IST, you thrive off being organized and settled in a routine that you can call your own. You excel in a setting in which you have complete control over whatever you’re doing. And having the ability to make adjustments if need be. You are an excellent planner. People admire you for those skills.
Weaknesses: As an ISTJ, if you don’t see the bigger picture of something, you tend to stray off course and lose interest and focus on something. You need to know what you’re going to succeed in an endeavor before you begin it. Remember that life is all about trial and error.
ESTJ
Strengths: As an ESTJ, you are a natural-born leader. You were meant to be the leader of the pack, and you’re great at doing so. People look up to you for guidance and advice in life and admire your traditional morals and beliefs.
Weaknesses: As an ESTJ, you have a habit of getting stuck in an “all-work-no-play- routine. And it puts a strain on your mental and physical health. You want to do better, so you push yourself until you’re thinly strung. Remember that you are only human and you can only push yourself so far until you will eventually break.
ISTP
Strengths: As an ISTP, you are a thrill-seeker and risk-taker. You like to live your life on the edge, constantly wondering what’s coming next. You like the unknown, and it doesn’t intimidate you one bit. You are easily capable of adapting to any situation life throws at you, and you won’t even flinch when doing so.
Weaknesses: As an ISTP, you hate being told what to do. You want to do what you want when you want. And you really leave no room for any structure or advice from an outsider’s perspective. Remember that sometimes you won’t be in control of a situation, and that is okay.
ESTP
Strengths: As an ESTP, you are a go-getter. You get shit done. And you get it done well. That is something that others really admire about you. You see a goal in your mind and you don’t stop until that goal is achieved and surpassed.
Weaknesses: As an ESTP, you find it difficult to focus on one thing at a time without getting bored of it. You’re bouncing back and forth between so many different ideas that you lose your footing on what you’re currently trying to accomplish. Remember that if you want to achieve anything great in life you need to control the way you focus.
ENFP
Strengths: As an ENFP, you are creative by nature. You probably are interested in art, literature, storytelling, or music. Because they intrigue you. You have so many incredible thoughts and ideas in your mind that people are dying to hear about. Your creative side is what people admire about you most.
Weaknesses: As an ENFP, you are anything but predictable. You can’t figure out how to adapt to a mundane routine and you tend to get bored easily. When something doesn’t interest you, you pay no attention to it. Remember that life has dull parts to it that we all have to deal with. It will make the amazing parts seem that much better when you do.
INFP
Strengths: As an INFP, your imagination is like no other. Your mind works in complex ways, and when it’s at its highest peak, it imagines extraordinary things.
Weaknesses: As an INFP, you cannot stand being in large social groups. It drains all of your energy. And although it’s not a personal attack against someone, others see this as being aloof. Remember that although it’s okay to enjoy solitude, forming connections with other people is positive and beneficial for you in many different ways.
INFJ
Strengths: As an INFJ, you are an excellent communicator. You are everyone’s go-to for a happy medium mediator and you are extremely rational. You have a way with words, that others admire you for.
Weaknesses: As an INFJ, you have a bit of a stubborn side. And you tend to push people away when they do any little thing that hurts your ego in the slightest way. You are often too quick to cut people off, even people you love the most. Remember that being too prideful will hurt your ego more than another person ever could.
ENFJ
Strengths: As an ENFJ, you love to help others. You are caring and helpful by nature. And you love helping other people see their full potential because you know that it is there. ISFJ

You can’t take advice or criticism and that’s your largest downfall in life. Remember that sometimes people are giving you insight because they want the best for you.
ISFP
Strengths: As an ISFP, you are somewhat of a perfectionist. In the best way possible, though. You always want to bring the best possible package to the table, and you will make sure that you do just that, every single time. You work well in an environment where you’re the role of importance.
Weaknesses: As an ISFP, you keep your feelings locked up and throw away the key. You hate showing anyone that you have emotions, so you act as if they aren’t there instead. You are intensively private with every aspect of your life which leads to people thinking you’re standoffish or even arrogant. Remember that opening yourself up is a sign of strength.
ESFP
Strengths: As an ESFP, you love making new connections. You’re all about meeting new, interesting people, and interacting with them on many different levels.
Weaknesses: As an ESFP, you dread a life of complacency (mainly in your love life) The idea of being tied down terrifies you because you change your mind so quickly and abruptly. ESFJ
Strengths: As an ESFJ, you are loyal. You always put others before yourself and you are compassionate on so many different levels. You have no problem sacrificing something in order for someone else to benefit from it. You are a caring soul. People admire that about you most.
Weaknesses: As an ESFJ, you are constantly seeking approval from almost everyone you meet. You want everyone to love you, and the harsh truth of it is, not everybody is going to. You’re a people pleaser, sometimes to a fault. Remember that in order to please others you must please yourself first.
