Husband Says Men Should Spend 9 Months Preparing To Get A Woman Pregnant After Learning They’re Responsible For The Quality Of A Pregnancy

In a thought-provoking TikTok video, husband-and-wife duo Maya and Hunter sparked an important conversation about the role men play in the health of a pregnancy. Hunter, after learning about the scientific connections between men’s health and pregnancy outcomes, suggested that men should spend at least nine months preparing physically before trying to conceive.

With this information in mind, Hunter suggested that men should take an active role in preparing their bodies for fatherhood, much like women are expected to prepare for pregnancy.
