Given that the Kardashian's are one of the most famous families in today's media, in makes sense that the process for picking a nanny would be extensive.
Unlike being a regular nanny, this job comes with many restrictions and rules, though it's surprising that many of them aren't too over-the-top.
While these rules have not been confirmed by the Kardashian family, it's likely to assume that there is a chance a prospective nanny might have to endure this process.
1.Kardashian nannies can't get too close with the family members.

Kim Kardashian has made it clear that any nanny she hires, she doesn't want them to intrude in her personal space, and wants the nanny to not get too close to her.
According to TheTalko, Kim allegedly coordinates each of the nannies movements and wants them to walk behind her in a ‘V’ formation.
Any woman who takes care of her children has to maintain their distance both emotionally and physically.
2.Nannies can't be distractingly attractive.

When it comes to hiring nannies for her kids, Kim has another special rule.
The nannies cannot be attractive, and if they are, they are excluded from the hiring process.
According to a report by Radar Online, Kim justifies this by telling friends and family that she is trying to spice up her relationship with her partner and doesn't want who she's with to have wandering eyes.
3.Kardashian nannies should dress fashionably at all times.

It seems it's not just the Kardashian's who have to follow the latest fashion trends, but their nannies as well.
Whether it's their personal assistant or nanny, the Kardashian's expect them to keep up with their fashion standards, according to TheTalko.
The paparazzi are always on the lookout, and the Kardashian family won't allow the people who work for them to be seen wearing something ugly.
4.Nannies hired by the Kardashians must maintain confidentiality at all times.

The Kardashian's do not want their nannies going around and gossiping or sharing their private lives with the media, according to Cosmopolitan magazine.
If the nannies break the rules of their confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements, the chances of losing their job increase tremendously.
5.Nannies undergo auditions during the hiring process.

When applying to be a nanny for the Kardashian's, you don't just use a regular resume and cover letter.
Before even looking at your resume, they run a background check and then conduct a few interviews with the candidates, according to TheThings Celebrity.
The audition is held to examine the candidate’s personality, fashion sense, and intelligence.
6.Nannies are required to step in and help the Kardashian family in other ways.

It seems that if you're hired as a nanny for the Kardashian's, taking care of their kids won't be the only thing you will have to do.
According to Distractify, as long as you are on the Kardashian staff everyone is replaceable.
Meaning, you don’t get to do the only job that you are hired for. Rather you will have to work multiple roles and fulfill even the most bizarre requests of the Kardashians.
7.Kardashian nannies are not allowed to appear on the reality show.

The Kardashians have made it clear that their nannies aren't allowed to appear in front of the camera, according to sources at The Cut.
It probably stems from them not wanting their nannies to be more concerned with fame than taking care of the kids' health and safety.
8.Kardashian nannies must follow a 20-page rule book.

The 20-page rule book is said to contain rules such as taking care of the children’s skin several times a day, taking them to the gym, among other oddly specific things the children need.
The textbook even includes rules about the way the nannies are supposed to dress and more, according to the The Sun.
9.Nannies are not allowed to wear jewelry.

In 2016, Kim Kardashian was robbed in Paris, after it seems that the incident has left her forever shaken and cautious.
The robbery prompted Kim to decide to closely guard her family's home and prevent everyone in their house from wearing jewelry during the daytime, according to TheThings.
The rule apparently includes both famiy members and visitors.
10.Nannies are not allowed to take photos when they are with the Kardashian kids.

TheThings Celebrity reported that the Kardashians want their private lives to stay private, meaning the nannies are not allowed to take any kinds of photos.

A source claims that because the cameras are always around, it's important for the Kardashian's to keep up their image, along with their children.
13.Nannies must be on call 24/7.

If the Kardashians need them, at any hour of the day, it's imperative that they make themselves available. No questions asked, according to Radar Online.
It doesn't matter if they make them mad, or the request seems bizarre, they cannot question them back.
14.Nannies have to take care of the Kardashian pets, too.

In Kim's household, the nannies are required to take care of both the children as well as their furry animals.
The nannies have to run to the pets as soon as the need arises, or when they are done with the children's daily routines.
