London is also the mother of two children, ages 9 and 2, and has been in two public relationships. The first was with rapper Lil Wayne back in 2009. Though the relationship didn't last long, London did report in May 2009 that she was pregnant with Lil Wayne's son (Cameron Carter). London has known Lil Wayne for years and officially opened up about their relationship in 2011.

1. Shortly before Hussle's passing, the couple did an interview with GQ together.
Call it California love. In February 2019, London and Hussle did a photo shoot and interview with GQ magazine. The couple appeared everywhere on social media, and many assumed the photos were engagement photos. London was Nipsey's girlfriend of five years.
It was evident in the interview that the pair was head over heels for each other. London asked the rapper 30 questions about herself and he got nearly all of them right. The two clearly had chemistry. Off the screen, the two discussed the pros and cons of working in pop culture.
Hussle spoke about how he had received mixed reviews over the years, saying, "The artist part of me always wants to be appreciated. I read every review. But I never wanted to seek validation by awards or anything controlled by politics. The people who know, know." In more recent years, his fan base had grown and he was nominated for a Grammy in 2018.
London spoke about her career as well, and how her role in ATL didn't give her a big career jolt. She even auditioned to be Faith Evans in Notorious and was turned down. “I talked to Faith, Puff, everybody. It just came down that the director didn't believe me as Faith," she said.

The stories about how the couple met differ. In February 2019, London joked in the GQ interview that she had not slid into his DMs on social media. Later, in their video interview posted March 2019, London admitted that the couple had met for the first time at his store Marathon Clothing in Los Angeles. Both of them were born there.
As they officially started to date in 2013, they soon became a popular celebrity couple.

According to London and Hussle, although a career-changing opportunity came, she had to turn it down when she became pregnant for the second time.

It was on March 31, 2019 that Nipsey was gunned down in front of his store in Los Angeles. The 33-year-old rapper died as a result of shots to the head and torso. Upon being shot, videos were taken at the scene of the crime and showed CPR being administered.
The rapper was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead at 3:55 PM. His death was ruled as a homicide. His alleged murderer, Eric Holder, is set to begin his murder trial this April.

Fans and celebrity fans of Nipsey Hussle started tweeting nonstop after his death. The community continues to mourn his death and many tweeted that they are keeping London in their prayers.
Supporters of Hussle post about all the good work in the community, and have been questioning why someone would kill a man who was doing so much good. A few conspiracy theories about his work appeared on the Dr. Sebi documentary.
In April 2019, people gathered to mourn his death, and reports said that multiple people were injured in a stampede at his vigil. London shared a powerful speech at the late rapper's funeral as well.
6. Is Lauren London dating P. Diddy?
Recent reports suggest that London may be moving on after the tragedy. P. Diddy was actually one of Hussle's closest friends and has reportedly been there for the late rapper's loved ones after their loss.
But some recent photos on Diddy's Instagram started to raise some eyebrows as to the possibility that he and London may be closer than what was previously thought. The snaps, which have now been deleted, looked like it may have been a photo shoot with the two.
However, some fans were quick to jump to conclusions that there may be a budding romance between the rapper and London. "The way he looking at her walking away," one fan said. Another fan stated, "The last picture says it all. He will be making his move, if he hasn't already. She'll be treated like all the rest."
But others showed their disdain for the speculation, citing in particular the pair's respective children and also London's friendship with Diddy's ex-girlfriend, Cassie. Other fans seemed to be supportive of the possible pairing, though.

She posted a photo of Hussle with the caption, "Still His! King Ermias! Never Forget!" And in her story, she said, "Forever and even after call me Lady Hussle."
She soon followed up with another post that read, "Stop f**kin playing with me and my name. Now let me get back to healing. I'm all love and peace but never forget....I'm a woman in grief and I don't play about Nip, my family, my character and code."
She also wrote, "Peace is loud sometimes, peace speaks up sometimes, especially when it's the right thing to do."
