Former Girls Next Door star Holly Madison and her husband Pasquale Rotella are officially divorced.

Madison and Pasquale Rotella were granted a decree of divorce on Feb. 25, 2019, which effectively finalized the divorce.

Back on Aug. 31, 2018, Rotella filed for divorce from Madison in a Las Vegas court. According to records, Madison was served with papers on Sept. 19, 2018. Following the document exchange, both parties were ordered not to transfer any property or money around during the divorce proceedings. According to court records, Madison finally filed her answer on Feb. 2, 2019 to the divorce petition filed by Rotella.

The same day, the former Playboy bunny filed her court docs, and Rotella filed an affidavit in support of a request for summary disposition — which means he asked the judge to finalize the divorce without a hearing or trial. The coordinated filings would signify that Madison and Rotella were able to make their own arrangements and finalize agreements regarding custody, support, and assets.

Madison, 38, and Rotella, 44, were married at Disneyland in September 2013 after dating for two years. The couple has two children together, Rainbow Aurora, 5, and Forest Leonardo, 2. Sources familiar with the situation told ET Online that the couple had been going through a difficult time in the recent months. But there wasn’t a single incident that triggered their desire to end their marriage.

Madison famously dated Hugh Hefner from 2002 until 2008 and was his main girlfriend for several years. Since then, the model has gone on to publish various books including Down the Rabbit Hole and The Vegas Diaries.
