Instagram Are Usher and Shaniece Hairston dating? Fans have been wondering if the singer and reality star are an item since the two were spotted leaving P. Diddy's 49th birthday bash together on Sunday, Nov. 4.
The rumored couple were snapped making a joint exit in the same car. According to Page Six, Usher, 40, arrived and left Diddy's bash with Hairston, 25. "They came together and left together," a source revealed.
News of Usher's rumored romance with Hairston follows the announcement of his split from wife Grace Miguel earlier this year. The former couple announced their separation back in March after two years of marriage and nearly ten as a couple.
"After much thought and consideration we have mutually decided to separate as a couple,” Usher and Miguel revealed in a joint statement to Us Weekly. The pair began dating back in 2009, shortly after Usher's separation from his first wife, Tameka Foster, to whom he was also married for two years beginning in 2007.
Now, Sunday's reports of the budding romance with Hairston suggest the artist is moving on yet again.
However, according to Hairston's mother, Basketball Wives' Evelyn Lozada, there's nothing to the romance rumors. “It’s false. They don’t even know each other,” Lozada, 41, told HollywoodLife.
"Shaniece was at Diddy’s party, [but] with her friend Aisha, not Usher,” Lozada continued, explaining that Shaniece and her friend just happened to be grabbing a ride with Usher to Puff's after party.
"Towards the end of the night when it was time to take the party to the after party, everybody was leaving at the same time. Shaniece knows Puffy’s son, they’ve been friends since they were kids,” explained the mother and reality star.
Whether or not we buy Lozada's version of events, Diddy's party was a hotspot for rumored celebrity hookups, and Usher and Hairston weren't the only ones raising eyebrows! That same night, Kourtney Kardashian, 39, sent rumors swirling when she was snapped getting up close and personal with French Montana — AKA her sister Khloé’s ex. According to Radar Online, Kourtney and Montana, 33, were “all over each other," dancing and flirting at Diddy’s birthday bash.
Clearly there was something in the air on Sunday night, so if you're still looking for someone to cuff this season, maybe try hitting up Diddy's next party?
