1. Abraham and Alexander are both reality stars.

Both women are best known for becoming stars through their reality shows. While Abraham was on Teen Mom OGAlexander was the winner of the first season of Flavor of Love, a reality dating show that was on VH1 in the early 2000s. She was only 23 at the time. In 2008, Alexander went on to win the game show I Love Money against other former stars of reality programs. She won $250,000 on the show.

Alexander is known by the nickname, "Hoopz" due to her talent at playing basketball. She received the nickname while she was on Flavor of Love. In addition, Alexander has done some acting and appeared in a few music videos following her VH1 fame.

2. Alexander was engaged to Shaquille O'Neal.

She was in a relationship with the former NBA player from 2010 to 2012 before they broke up.

"We were in a little long distance relationship, but everything was fine. But the respect level of not being out in public. For me, let me have done that and he would have killed me. Out of respect, I would have never taken someone to a major event that you know would be televised. And that’s what hurt the most. We were supposed to be way better than that," Alexander once said about their relationship. "Do that behind closed doors, not that I’m saying that would have been okay, but be better. Don’t be sloppy. At the end of the day, you can't hold on to that. People are going to do what they are going to do. There is no stopping that. I'm not saying it didn't effect me at first, because it still hurts now, but you gotta be like, okay, cool. It is what it is. It's what he decided to do and he has to live with that. I move on and be the best person I can be. I'm still hopeful for love."

Alexander then went on to have a relationship with professional mixed martial artist Ovince St. Preux.

The former reality star's father, Michael Abraham, explained in an interview that his daughter would no longer participate in the match because the promoters of the fight didn't fulfill Farrah's contract. “Basically, this whole thing is their failure to comply with agreements,” Michael explained. “We have not backed out."

Michael also claimed that the fight's promoters didn't follow through on which charities the fight would be giving to. “We were very focused on the anti-bullying issue,” Micheal said. “That’s why Farrah agreed to do this fight. We have been on the promoters, asking them what percentage of the proceeds are going toward an anti-bullying cause, and what organization is it going to? Are we raising money or just awareness? Is the organization going to be at the fight? We are now a week out and we have nothing.”

Abraham may have a point here, as Ray J also refused to work with the celebrity boxing promoters after they reportedly couldn't pay him to referee.

4. Abraham was reportedly too "difficult to work with."

Although Abraham's family laid the blame on the match's promoters, there seems to be another side to the story. Sources stated that the former reality star's very high demands and the fact that she was "too difficult to work with" were the reasons why she is no longer involved in the boxing match.

“Typical Farrah with her diva demands,” a source close to the MTV star told RadarOnline.com .“She wanted 30 rooms, flights for six people, she was very demanding and difficult to work with.”

Hoopz herself also weighed in on Friday in a post on Instagram about Abraham's departure from the fight. “She’s using the promoter as a reason to back out,” Hoopz wrote. “The fight is still happening with or without her. We agreed because of the cause, not because of Farrah. See everyone November 10th.”

5. The Teen Mom star is also dealing with legal issues.

In June 2018, Abraham was arrested for battery and resisting police after she was involved in physical and verbal confrontations with a security guard and hotel guests at the Beverly Hills Hotel. The former reality star had originally pleaded not guilty, but after recently appearing in court, she pleaded guilty to the misdemeanor. Abraham spoke to US Weekly about the incident, saying, “I’ve completed my anger management, respecting my probation and will not be putting myself around people who do not have my best interests."

She also took to Instagram on Friday after appearing in court to explain why she wouldn't be participating in the fight anymore. “The celebrity boxing and the person who is charge, and the other promoters associated, does not know how to do business… I can’t put myself in a liable situation where they have someone publicly saying that they want to beat my face in or things of that nature,” Abraham said. “Putting me in a bad situation, a legal problem with police, so the best thing for me to do is stay away from that, so that’s what I’m going to have to do per my legal and my anger management.”

6. Abraham reportedly had a feud with the officiant of the match.

The fight's official referee is Drita D'Avanzo, former star of the reality show Mob WivesD'Avanzo and Abraham were involved in a heated public argument earlier this year over social media and the feud between them is still ongoing.

Abraham's father made a statement on D'Avanzo becoming the fight's officiant. “My daughter is still dealing with her court issue right now,” Micheal said. “She’s been working with the judge and the last thing she needs is to have a problem like Drita. They’re setting my daughter up for failure,” he added. “Drita is not qualified to officiate a fight.” He also stated that his daughter's life was threatened by having D'Avanzo be the match's officiant. “Drita has it out for my daughter, and that’s known,” Michael told The Ashley.. “And now she’s been put in a position of authority with this fight and that’s not safe. Farrah does not have to put her life in jeopardy with someone like Drita…she is out of control. That person could do anything–bring weapons or whatever—and we’re not going to play that game.”

D'Avanzo also commented after Abraham dropped out of the boxing match. “It seems like this announcement got someone suffering from I'm running for my life syndrome now,” the Mob Wives star told her Instagram followers about Abraham's decision to quit. “We need to talk about this.”

7. Abraham could be sued for millions from dropping out of the match.

The promoters have disputed claims from Abraham's side and said that she could face a lawsuit worth "millions" from not participating.

“They are flabbergasted that Farrah’s team is trying to claim she got a bad deal, and tell us they’ve bent over backwards to satisfy the former ‘Teen Mom’ star’s demands,” The Blast reported. Farrah has already been paid half the money she’s owed upfront,” the site added. “Bottom line: The promoters and their attorney tell us the fight’s still going down and Farrah is fighting … and if she doesn’t she will be facing a lawsuit for millions of dollars based on the damage she will cause.”
