6 Zodiac Signs Who Make The Worst Leaders
They just weren't meant to do this.
Having to dance around the zodiac signs who make the worst leaders without screaming out GEMINI at the top of my lungs would be unfair, right? So, let's stick to the astrology then, folks, and let it guide us to the knowledge of who exactly among us would be able to lead the pack to higher ground.
The thing is, some people are natural born leaders, and in a way, that's good, because it seems we need to be led. And I don't mean that in a facetious way; we humans really are alpha and beta — we need a strong figure to rally around. We need to believe in others. It's why we create celebrity.
Now, while some may be born to lead, others with nerve may push themselves into leadership roles as well and really suck at the job. And why? Because they're NOT born to lead. They're born to stay home and just... do stuff. Just stay away from the leading.
After researching who the BEST are, it became quite easy to do a process of elimination to find out who just can't cut it at the leadership level based on real life figures that just blow when it comes to keeping the confidence of the people. Who really sucks at being a leader, or rather, which zodiac signs make the worst leaders? Here are the top six failures in leadership.
1. GEMINI (May 21 - June 20)
Yes, it happened. Gemini, the sign of the zodiac that has brought us the apocalyptic comic horror known as Donald Trump, is not a sign of leaders. While a thoughtful and sensitive sign, Gemini is less likely to lead others due to their own insecurities and lack of confidence.
If this sign is powered by Leo rising or a Sagittarius Moon, then what lacks in ability to lead is drastically made manifest through ego and inability to accept defeat. Gemini are not meant to lead.
2. AQUARIUS (January 20 - February 18)
Another non-leader in the house. It's just not in the Aquarius make up to even WANT to lead, let alone do it with any kind of conviction. If you see an Aquarian leader, prepare for boredom and lack of inspiration.
This sign is wondrous when it comes to planning and organizing the game, but do NOT place this sign in a position of authority; they are behind the scenes only. Aquarians are not leaders.
3. PISCES (February 19 - March 20)
It's that watery, fishy, crying-all-the-time, hyper-sensitive, wishy-washy martyr trip that comes with every single Pisces on earth that may make a person think twice before elected them savior of one's country, or town, or hall monitor.
Pisces wouldn't last a day in a political office, simply because they couldn't take the fire. Pisces makes a great leader, however, if the army is made of Barbie dolls.
4. CANCER (June 21 - July 22)
"I can't be bothered to lead," said Cancer, as she closed the door to her abode and denied us further information. Cancer is content at home. They may love a good armchair activist role in social media, but to actually get up and "be the change," well... let's leave that to someone else.
Cancer is happy to let someone else do the hard work so they can slip in later on, easily. Not leaders, not followers.
5. SCORPIO (October 23 - November 21)
While they love to give out orders, actual leading seems a bore to these folks. They don't want to deal with the antics and ego of being a leader; they identify more with the action hero, the lover, the danger seeker.
They'll execute what the leader doles out, and they'll do it well, but to lead the pack, nah. Scorpio would rather go solo. They might want to lead if others weren't involved, ever.
6. VIRGO (August 23 - September 22)
A Virgo leader seems a horrendous disaster in the making. Virgo may want to lead and they may even have visions of grandeur thinking of themselves in high places; the truth is that they are, as a whole, way too angry a sign to be able to lead with clarity.
They are highly prejudiced and opinionated, and they do not have the balance or patience to lead anyone anywhere but away from them.
