getty Is Hailey Baldwin pregnant? Justin Bieber has a tenuous relationship with the paparazzi, to put it mildly. And he definitely didn't take kindly to a photographer following him out of a coffee shop in Beverly Hills on Friday, July 20th, 2018, and hounding him about the rumors that his fiancé (and now wife) Hailey Baldwin might have been pregnant.
However, the baby rumors have cropped up once again as Bieber just released a new album. Fans are now speculating that one of the songs may contain a clue that the couple are, indeed, expecting a little one.
Let's take a look at what we know about how Bieber went after the paparazzi, all those rumors about a baby Beebs on the way, and whether or not the couple has spoken recently about a possible pregnancy.
In July 2018, Bieber held his temper as the paparazzi congratulated him on his wedding and asked him if there were any solid plans for when and where he and Baldwin would tie the knot. Bieber kept just answering with a flat, cold "no" every time a question was asked.
When the paparazzi asked Bieber about the rumors that Baldwin was pregnant, the singer approached him and said, "What's your deal, bro? You just seem to like... you just seem too normal to be doing this job."
The photographer said, "Really?" Bieber continued with, "I think so. I just don’t understand why you gotta try to get a rise, you know what I’m saying?" The photographer and pop star continued to exchange barbs. Eventually, Bieber accepted his apology and moved on.
2. However, Bieber had never actually responded to the pregnancy question.
Did you notice what's missing? Bieber never responded to the questions about the rumors that Baldwin was expecting. Could this have meant that Bieber knew about a pregnancy, but was staying mum?
3. Their relationship moved fast.
The couple got engaged after less than a month of dating, leading some to believe that it could have been because Baldwin was pregnant. In July 2018, Bieber shared an image with a heartfelt caption which led fans to speculate that Baldwin may have been pregnant.
He wrote, "Was gonna wait a while to say anything but word travels fast, listen plain and simple Hailey I am soooo in love with everything about you! So committed to spending my life getting to know every single part of you loving you patiently and kindLY. I promise to lead our family with honor and integrity letting Jesus through his Holy Spirit guide us in everything we do and every decision we make. 4. At the time, some reports even claimed that she was three months pregnant.
Some reports soon began to claim that Hailey was already three months pregnant. Of course, Twitter had been quick to weigh in with their thoughts.
However, since Bieber and Baldwin hadn't even been together for three months at that point, some began to wonder if the baby's father was actually Shawn Mendes and not Bieber. Baldwin was dating Mendes before she started seeing Bieber.
5. The couple reportedly never spent the night together before they got married.
Rumors have circulated for years that Justin Bieber was saving himself for marriage. A report surfaced in 2018 that claimed whenever he visited Hailey in New York City, he took her back to her apartment and then he checked into a local hotel.
That's not the way to make a baby! Both Baldwin and Bieber are devout Christians.
6. Bieber has said he's in "no rush" to have kids.
In July 2019, the question of whether or not the couple were expanding their family came up once again after Bieber posted a photo of him and his wife and wrote, “One day, I’ll be doing daddy daughter dates.”
However, the singer was quick to shut down any speculation as he added, “Not hinting at anything soon. I’m not in a rush. I just wanna enjoy you by yourself for a while!"
7. So, are the pregnancy rumors true or not?
Although the rumors had seemed to have died down for awhile, they're now coming back again. Bieber just dropped a brand new album on Valentine's Day. Fans were excited to hear the singer's new music, but one song in particular stood out and is now gaining a lot of attention.
In the song "All Around Me," a baby can be heard cooing at the very end before the song stops. Of course, this led social media to erupt with speculation that the Biebers may be expanding their family.
For now, however, that's all it is: just speculation as neither Bieber nor his wife have officially confirmed a pregnancy.
