Tony, 58, is well-known for his self-help books, infomercials and personal development seminars and has advised leaders all over the globe as a life and business strategist. The best-selling author has written multiple books throughout his career, including Awaken the Giant Within, Unlimited Power, and Unleash the Power Within.
He settled down with Sage, 58-year-old Canadian actress, on October 15, 2001, in Fiji after dating a little over a year.
Tony has four children, all from previous marriages and relationships.
When Tony and Sage began dating, both had just gotten out of marriages that didn't end so well but that hasn't stopped them from living happily ever after.
As far as the public can tell, they have been happily married for 16 years. Sage follows her hubby around the globe as he educates others about self-help and leadership and they are always seen together.
So what do we know about Sage Robbins?
1. Sage isn't her real name.
Although she goes by "Sage," Tony's wife's original name is Bonnie-Pearl Humphrey.
2. She is Tony's second wife.
Tony married Becky Jenkins in 1982. Becky had three children from a previous marriage and Tony adopted them all.
Tony and Becky had a rough divorce in 2001, the same year he wed Sage.
3. She may have divorced her first husband for Tony.
Sage was first married to fellow Canadian John Lynch. She was just 19 and he 30 when they wed in 1992.
The two ended in a messy divorce in 2000 after Sage and Tony made tabloid news for kissing.
According to The Globe and Mail, Sage claimed the divorce had nothing to do with Tony but Lynch argued otherwise. After all, she met Tony a year prior to her divorce at one of his motivational seminars in Hawaii.
4. Her ex-husband sued Tony.
Lynch claimed Tony stole Sage from him and sued the philanthropist for alienation of affection. She denied the claims and said Lynch just wanted attention.
“He’s doing this is to gain attention at the cost of my fiancé’s reputation and in an attempt to extort money,” she said.
5. She does a lot more than acting.
Sage practices acupuncture and phlebotomy when she isn't behind the scenes. She has also worked as a health food store clerk.
She has been in two films, one of which is with her husband, and a Tv series; Shallow Hal (2001), Tony Robbins: I Am Not Your Guru (2016) and Super Soul Sunday.
