If you're an person who loves the limelight, when you find someone you really enjoy spending time with, it can be easy to want to tell the world about them— immediately and often. But we’re not ALL like that, some zodiac signs are quiet by nature and they like to keep their love life personal and private.
The difference is that some horoscopes like the thought of having something that’s all our own, and others feel like they are part of something bigger than themselves the more they share.
Once you know the relationship is going to last a while, you might be more inclined to share with family and close friends, but until then, this relationship is yours and yours alone. You could probably split the zodiac signs into two groups when it comes to talking about relationships — introverted horoscopes and extroverted zodiac signs.
Half of them are the kinds of private people to keep their new relationships under lock and key – sometimes forever or sometimes just until they know it’s more than just a casual thing. Is there a right and wrong way to talk about your relationship (new or otherwise)? Telling everyone everything about your relationship isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but it can lead to some unpleasantness between you and your partner – and you and your partner and the rest of the world.
For starters, telling people about your relationship can open you up to a lot of criticism and unwanted opinions. It can also lead to a lot of people NOT in the relationship butting into your life.
If everyone has an unfiltered view of your relationship, how can you be sure that the things you say and do with your partner are actually you and not just some projected opinion from someone else? No one knows how your relationship functions better than you and your partner.

And honestly, no one needs to know how your relationship functions, so keeping the details about your personal life isn't only for introverted personality types.When people – even friends and family – try to give you their opinion, they’re only doing so because that’s how they would handle an argument or situation if they were in your position.
Sure, they might sound like they know what they’re talking about at the moment (and there’s nothing wrong with getting some advice), but it’s also important to actively be a part of your own relationship, instead of letting everyone except you control it.
That doesn’t mean you have to be totally tight-lipped about your relationship, either. In fact, it’s healthy to talk about your relationship instead of keeping it completely hidden. If you spend all of your time hiding any proof that your relationship exists, are you really doing you and your partner any favors? Definitely not.
But think of your relationship as an Instagram filter – one of the really good ones that accentuate all the good and leave out all the bad. Share the good things about your relationship to your family and friends. If you need advice about the bad things, give them an overview of what’s upsetting you – NOT all the gritty details.
You don’t have to pretend like your relationship is perfect, but you should still filter what you say in front of people outside of the relationship. And if people still try to force their opinion or criticism onto you and your relationship, just tell them that you appreciate their concern and interest in your love life but that you can handle it on your own.
You will most definitely get some of those nosy types trying to dig into your relationship – sometimes even the zodiac signs who love to share intimate details about their own relationships – but when you have a strong, healthy relationship, none of that will bring you down.

1. SCORPIO (October 23 - November 21)
Ask Scorpio what she had to eat for lunch today and she’ll probably say something like, “That’s none of your business.” So, it stands to reason that she probably wouldn’t be as forthcoming about something that’s actually personal – like her relationship status. Scorpio highly values her privacy and isn’t one to share things with anyone. In fact, it’s rare she’ll openly talk to her friends and family about her relationship unless asked.
It takes Scorpio a long time to open up to someone enough for them to get to know her on an intimate basis. She tends to protect herself from hurt and rejection so much that it’s almost counterintuitive to finding the right person to date – there’s no risk at all. If she’s telling anyone about her relationship, she’s telling her diary, which she keeps under lock and key.
2. VIRGO (August 23 - September 22)
Virgo is very reserved about most things in her life – including her relationship. It’s not that she’ll go so far as to deny that she’s even in a relationship if you ask, but she’s certainly not someone to shout it from the rooftops, either. That’s how Pisces feels about her relationship.
When Pisces is in love, she practically walks on air. She’s more comfortable keeping her relationship private than telling people because this is her dream world and it makes her happy.
