6 Zodiac Signs Who Can't Get It Right When It Comes To Timing

getty Having good timing is so incredibly important. But for the zodiac signs who have bad timing, it can greatly impact their daily lives. And as astrology will tell us, bad timing is about much more than your horoscope can predict.
There are three basic kinds of timing: functional timing, performance timing, and life-timing. Functional timing is used with things that are set up to happen at a specific time — a car’s timing belt, an alarm clock, or anything connected to a timer. With performance timing, you know how to hold for a laugh so you don’t talk over the audiences’ response, or you plan the best time to deliver your lines for the optimum benefit.
Life-timing may be the hardest to master but the most beneficial. You don’t ask for a raise when you know your boss is in a bad mood and has a hundred fires to put out, nor do you propose to your partner when one of you is cleaning the litter box. No, when it’s something important, you make sure that everything within your control is aligned.
Sometimes good timing involves patience. You have to wait until the perfect moment and that can take some effort and discipline. You don’t want to jump the gun and possibly start a negative chain reaction. On the other hand, you don’t want to wait so long that the moment passes, and whatever you planned to do now seems awkward and slightly embarrassing. How many lost opportunities have there been because of poor timing?
Good timing is finding that perfect balance between spontaneous and well-planned; it's taking all the variables and figuring out the perfect time to act. Some zodiac signs just don’t have the ability to do that.
1. PISCES (February 19 - March 20)
Pisces have bad timing because they get too caught up in their head and procrastinate until the time for whatever they had planned to do has come and gone.
Most of the time, Pisces would rather avoid something they find too difficult or unpleasant, or they get so excited about something that they don't give enough thought to it. There's a part of them that believes that things aren't ever going to turn out well for them anyway.
2. ARIES (March 21 - April 19)
Aries tend to have bad timing because they're so impulsive. Sometimes it works out well for them, but other times, that kind of risky behavior is more of a detriment than anything. Also, that kind of overly impulsive behavior shows a lack of discipline and impatience.
Aries can't wait. They want it now, even if it's the completely wrong time. Aries' energy is running at high all the time, but sometimes they need to slow down and really think things over before they act.
3. CANCER (June 21 - July 22)
Cancers have the opposite problem of some of the other zodiac signs because they tend to think about everything before they actually act. Cancers wonder how their family will be affected, what will their friends think, and what are the long-term repercussions of their decisions.
Cancers take so long trying to figure out the pros and cons that they wait too long. But don't think that if it has something to do with someone they love that they will give up. It doesn't matter if it's good or bad timing — if it involves Cancer's loved one, they are going to persevere.
4. GEMINI (May 21 - June 20)
Many Geminis have a very difficult time making a decision and this inability can influence their timing. Geminis often show a lack of consistency, so it's difficult for them to follow through with things, let alone at the right time. Geminis can get anxious, and bite off more than they can chew so that when they act, their timing is completely off.
Basically, there are many times when Gemini's inner-clock and sense of when it's appropriate to do something seem to be off. They are often late, and that's when they remember what they're supposed to be doing. Conversationally, Geminis have great timing, so there's that.
5. LIBRA (September 23 - October 22)
Performance-wise, Libras have amazing timing, but life timing? Not so much. They tend to overthink and paralyze themselves from doing anything, or they get to the point where they can't stand it any longer and if they don't do something now, they'll burst, and it turns out to be disastrous.
Many Libras are also not great at making decisions which affect their timing. Then there are times when they just feel too lethargic to do anything, which can lead to deep regret and force them to take action — any kind of action.
6. TAURUS (April 20 - May 20)
Taurus individuals love a fantastic grand gesture and will take great care to make sure that everything is in place. However, they can get too caught up in the details, so by the time Taurus is ready, the opportune moment has come and gone.
Taurus are another sign who take too long considering everything that can go wrong until the opportune moment has passed. They could stand to be a little more spontaneous and perhaps a little less careful.
