5 Panicky Zodiac Signs Who Get Stressed Out Easily
They're always waiting for the other shoe to drop.
Are you quick to panic? When you are constantly on edge, sure that something catastrophic is about to happen, it takes its toll on your body. You’re in a stressful state which can lead to all kinds of health issues, including heart problems.
Are you one of the panicky zodiac signs who can't seem to take a moment to relax? Does even the slightest inconsistent horoscope send you into a frenzy? Astrology can influence the way you react to the world, but while there are some people who are easy going, others skip moments of calm and go directly to freaking out.
Is panic-mode your go-to state of being? It’s not just that you’re used to a chaotic environment, it’s that you’re highly strung and even the littlest thing can set you off. You’re nervous, full of anxiety, and your fight or flight mechanism is always set to kick in.
Being panicky may have gotten you through some difficult times, but for your own good, you need to learn how not to panic and handle trying situations without stressing out.
If you don’t watch it, your panic moments can turn into full-scale panic attacks where you feel as if you’re having a heart attack. Work on distancing yourself emotionally from whatever the stressor is, and think of ways that you can react without panicking.
1. LEO (July 23 - August 22)
Leos hold themselves up to a very high standard. They know that they're a valuable member of the community and that people look up to them. But whenever something threatens Leo's status quo, they tend to panic. What should they do to avoid entire collapse? Will people think less of Leo if they're shown as imperfect?
Not only does Leo take responsibility for the things that went wrong, they feel personally responsible for things that had nothing to do with them. Leos have so much pressure on them that it's not surprising they panic when the smallest thing goes wrong.
2. GEMINI (May 21 - June 20)
Geminis tend to be a little high-strung and are often on the edge waiting for chaos. The real problem isn't how Gemini is ready to panic, it's that they worry about things that have yet to happen. Sometimes they're so focused on what's coming that they miss the crisis that's happening right now.
Geminis need to shift their focus away from impending disaster and focus on the positive things that are happening now. That's not to say that they shouldn't still actively pursue activism, it's that they need to stop treating everything as a potential reason to panic and channel their inner calm.
3. ARIES (March 21 - April 19)
Aries can take a low-scale panic-inducer and multiply it ten times. They get an insect bite and immediately assume that it was a brown recluse spider bite, and they should go to the hospital. But they live in a high-rise apartment so the chances that it's a brown recluse aren't high, plus there's no pain or redness, nor is the skin turning any shade of purple.
Aries will decide to wait before they go to the doctor, and while they're waiting they'll be panicking and planning their funeral. The best thing that Aries can do is get out of their head and do some physical activity. Find a basketball game or take a walk around the mall (no chance of spiders there). If they really think that something health-threatening has happened, they need to get it checked immediately.
4. PISCES (February 19 - March 20)
Pisces tend to panic mostly about their own actions. Did they come on too strong to a potential love interest or did they get so socially awkward that it was painful to watch? Pisces tend to beat themselves up and ruminate on their social faux pas. They give other people the benefit of the doubt, but why does Pisces believe that other people won't give them a second chance?
If Pisces messed up that sale of their painting, they need to either find a way to fix the transaction or find a new buyer. Although Pisces tends to internalize their panic, the signs are still there with hand-shaking, erratic breathing, and clamminess of their hands.
5. VIRGO (August 23 - September 22)
Virgos like to have things in their place and their day mapped out, but when something prevents Virgo's life from running smoothly, they panic. They will try to outthink their panic; they know that the answer to stopping the looming disaster is within their grasp if only they can figure out the answer.
However, sometimes they can't prevent the negative from happening, and instead of just handling it, they make things worse by panicking. Virgos need to learn how to handle their stress and anxiety in a better way than panicking.
