Zodiac Signs That Won’t Change Themselves For Love, Ever — And The Ones That Will

weheartit Love has a funny way of getting people to change. For a reason beyond my knowledge, we often feel the need to change into what others want us to be in order to feel accepted or loved. We all know someone who morphs into their significant other after dating for a while, and we also know someone who would rather break up with their partner than become a party girl or travel more.
Change is a healthy part of being in a relationship, but not everyone is willing to change for love. Who you love, changes who you are.
There are plenty of small changes that are healthy in a loving relationship. In fact, relationships are all about compromises. You won’t make it very long if you don’t make some little changes here and there. But it’s a different story when you change your personality or likes and dislikes for someone you’re seeing.
Everyone has something they would change about themselves if they could and for some, love gives them the push to do so. For others, love makes them fonder of their uniqueness and they refuse to let a boy or girl change them. Then, there are a few lovers who enter a relationship hoping to change the other person, they are the kind of people who view love as a process of change all around.
Certain horoscope signs are prone to making more than those little changes, though. I’m talking about the girl who hated sports all her life but became a soccer fanatic when she began dating a guy who was into soccer or the guy who all of the sudden is obsessed with country music when he gets into a relationship with a country girl.
There are also people who say “take it or leave it!” and refuse to change a thing. They are waiting for someone to come along and accept them for exactly who they are quirks and all.
There’s nothing wrong with either. Each zodiac sign loves differently, but these are the least to most likely to change for love, according to astrology:
TAURUS (April 20 - May 20)
Oh, stubborn Taurus. It’s pretty obvious Taurus is the least likely to change for love. As a grounded Earth sign, Taurus won’t change for anyone, especially someone who may or may not be in her life next year.
Taurus is confident and knows who she is and what she wants in a partner. Her stable personality has deep roots and she knows someone will come along who will make it work without wanting her to change.
You won’t catch a Taurus tweaking her personality for a lover, or anyone to be honest.
SCORPIO (October 23 - November 21)
Scorpio’s emotions run deep and this water sign is ruled by the truth. Changing for someone means not being true to you and is a no-go for a Scorpio.
As a very passionate lover, Scorpios are dependent on trust and they feel it is a lie to change for a partner. Scorpios can smell hypocrites from a mile away, so you’re best off not changing for her, either.
If you’re asking a Scorpio to change, chances are she will not keep you in her life much longer.
LEO (July 23 - August 22)
A confident Leo is not about to change for anyone. Fiery Leos know they are hot stuff and don’t need to be any different than they already are to keep a partner.
Leos have a very stubborn and inflexible personality. If you want them to change they are going to say “Bye, Felicia!” and move on to their next beau until someone is happy with who they are.
Leos are too proud and confident in whom they are that the idea of changing for love is insulting to them.
ARIES (March 21 - April 19)
As a fire sign, Aries is not into changing herself but rather likes to change others. Aries are natural born leaders and aren't easily persuaded to be different than they are.
Aries are passionate about who they are and know they are the bomb.com. They love the game of love and want to win it fair and square. Changing for someone is like cheating!
An Aries will draw you in, no problem, but she’ll kick you out just as easily if you think she’s going to change for you.
SAGITTARIUS (November 22 - December 21)
Another fire sign who won’t change is Sagittarius. They value freedom more than anything, and that includes the freedom to be who they are all of the time.
Changing for love is not on a Sagittarius’ agenda, so don’t expect it. Sagittarius is an extroverted, enthusiastic sign that knows she will have no trouble at all finding someone else to replace you, so she feels no need to be different than she is.
Sagittarius is an idealistic sign, and the ideal relationship involves a partner who loves you for you, not for what you could be.
CAPRICORN (December 22 - January 19)
Capricorn is a highly stable and very sensible Earth sign that doesn't rush into things like relationships. A Capricorn will probably be your friend first, and once you know what you’re getting and are OK with that you’ll have a Capricorn’s heart.
This sign is a master of self-discipline, so you’re not likely to see a Capricorn change once you love one. Capricorns are firmly grounded in their personalities and would rather stay single than change for love.
AQUARIUS (January 20 - February 18)
Balance is important to this air sign. Aquarius enjoy harmony and will make compromises here and there to keep their relationships intact.
This doesn't mean an Aquarius will change drastically, though. They will alter themselves just enough to keep the relationship going.
Aquarius doesn't fancy upsetting people so it’s easier to make subtle changes than continue having fights every once and a while about the same few things.
VIRGO (August 23 - September 22)
Unlike the other Earth signs, Virgo is fairly versatile when it comes to love. Virgos are always looking for ways to improve things and if a personal change will improve their relationship, Virgos will change for love.
Virgos analyze everything, and I mean everything. If you’re dating a Virgo, chances are he or she has analyzed every part of your relationship looking for ways to make it better.
They tend to be a bit self-critical, so if they think they are the problem they will certainly try to fix themselves for the sake of love.
LIBRA (September 23 - October 22)
Libra is a very communicative air sign that values trust and fairness more than anything in a relationship. Both a Libra and her partner will come up with ways to better their love and once the ideas are out in the open, a Libra will take the liberty to change if necessary.
Although communication is key, Libras also hate fighting and confrontation. Sometimes it is easier to talk it out, but other times a Libra will take it upon herself to change in order to keep the peace in her love life.
Libras will change for love, but only if their partner makes some changes with them.

CANCER (June 21 - July 22)
Cancers are ruled by the flood of emotions that come with being a water sign and will allow these feelings to guide them through love.
They are very attached to their lovers and will do almost anything for them. Cancers can change dramatically when in a relationship and find it normal to adjust their personality for their partner, to an extent.
Cancers won’t become a different person entirely when in love, but they will not be the same person as when they are single.
PISCES (February 19 - March 20)
This water signs goes with the flow in love but will change as often as the currents.
Pisces are selfless and long to make others happy. If changing some parts about themselves can improve their love story, you bet Pisces will change. Love is extremely important to them and they would not risk anything to lose it.
They often have the best emotional relationships because they know exactly what the other person is feeling and wants and can alter themselves accordingly.
GEMINI (May 21 - June 20)
Gemini is a very adaptable and loving air sign that can change on a dime.
Although they are very loving in a relationship, Geminis have a hard time with routine and tend to change a lot during the course of a relationship. They can be into something one day and completely hate it the next. Love makes some people crazy, and Geminis love love.
Geminis will keep you on your toes in love, that’s for sure. But they truly just want the best for your relationship so if a Gemini changes for you, she really wants it to work.
