Donald Trump Accused Of Raping 13-Year-Old In Federal Lawsuit
A woman has filed a lawsuit against Donald Trump, alleging that he raped her in 1994.
We've heard some pretty wild sh*t from and about Donald Trump in the year since he announced his run for president. But above all the sexist, racist, ableist, and flat-out ridiculous things that have come from this tool's mouth, this new allegation might take the cake.
A lawsuit has been filed against Trump for raping a teenage girl in 1994. She met Trump at several parties thrown by billionaire Jeffrey Epstein in the 90s.
The woman who filed the lawsuit, identified as "Jane Doe," alleges that Trump raped her when she was 13 years old, and then threatened to harm her and her family if she told anyone. Doe previously filed another lawsuit against Trump for rape, which was dismissed due to improper paperwork.
According to the victim, Trump tied her to a bed, exposed himself, and then raped her. He struck her in the face and screamed that he would do whatever he wanted.
Doe says, "Immediately following this rape, Defendant Trump threatened me that, were I ever to reveal any of the details of Defendant Trump's sexual and physical abuse of me, my family and I would be physically harmed if not killed."
Though Doe filed the lawsuit, her and her attorneys still need to convince a federal judge to waive the statute of limitations on civil rape cases in New York. The victim says that her "freedom of will" was denied by Trump making threats to harm her or retaliate against her, which might work in her favor.
Another woman, known as "Tiffany Doe," supports the claims of Jane Doe, alleging that Epstein hired her to seek out and recruit young women for his parties.
Trump responded to the allegations, saying, "The allegations are not only categorically false, but disgusting at the highest level and clearly framed to solicit media attention or, perhaps, are simply politically motivated. There is absolutely no merit to these allegations. Period," according to Radar Online.
Though the timing is conspicuous, we should not assume that a victim is lying about being raped, especially considering the multiple allegations against Trump for rape and sexual assault. His ex-wife Ivana accused him of marital rape, and a woman named Jill Harth also filed a suit against him in 1997, accusing him of repeatedly raping her in Ivanka's (his daughter) bedroom.
Not only that, but Trump once attempted to get Mike Tyson a lesser sentence for raping an 18-year-old woman, suggesting he pay his victim off with money instead of spend time in jail.
Plus, it's no secret that Trump's views on women in general are disgusting and skewed. One of Trump's tweets from 2013 says, "26,000 unreported sexual assaults in the military — only 238 convictions. What did these geniuses expect when they put men & women together?" Oh, I don't know Donald, maybe equal respect and the common knowledge that you should never rape someone?!
It's difficult making accusations against men with so much power and money, but either way, we hope this woman gets the justice she deserves.
