What You Do When You're Bored, According To Your Zodiac Sign

No matter how much we may try to avoid it, we've all experienced boredom. How many times have you had to wait to see a doctor or been required to listen to a teacher drone on about an uninteresting subject. You try to find something to occupy your mind, maybe daydreaming about your perfect day with that special someone.

Being bored is unfortunately part of the human experience. And according to the astrology blog Cosmic Love, each zodiac sign has their own unique way of dealing with boredom.

Aries (March 21 - April 19): If an Aries is in class and are bored, they ask a lot of questions (even when they don't care about the answers), talk to their neighbor, are disruptive with pranks and jokes, and are generally a pain-in-the-ass. If they're an adult, the Aries showers a lot.

Taurus (April 20 - May 20): Taureans physically feel boredom — it's that intense for them. They feel tired and don't have their usual laser-like focus. When they can't take it anymore, they'll jump up, clean the house from top to bottom, and then reward themselves with ice cream. 

Gemini (May 21 - June 20): A bored Gemini is fidgety Gemini. They doodle, they draw, they play games on their laptop or phone even though nothing seems to snap them out of it. Sometimes they'll do something like download stupid illegal movies, just to prove they can. 

Cancer (June 21 - July 22): Boredom can go one of two ways for a Cancer. They can either complain about it to anybody who's nearby (and that includes their pet), or they can try to distract themselves quietly and secretly.

Leo (July 23 - August 22): When someone is boring a Leo, the Leo is silently thinking about how they can do better and that they're never not fascinatingly brilliant. At some point, a Leo may try to turn things around and make it interesting by making an outrageous statement or asking an impossible question. 

Virgo (August 23 - September 22): If a Virgo is in public and bored, they'll try and keep themselves and their boredom contained. When they feel as if they'll explode if they're bored for another second, they'll start to text. If a Virgo is home and bored, they'll dance around the house to weird music that only they like.

Libra (September 23 - October 22): Libras are big daydreamers even when they're not bored. When they become bored with daydreaming, they'll take selfies. 

Scorpio (October 23 - November 21): Scorpios believe that even when bored you can be productive, so they make lists, figure out solutions to problems, and draw self-portraits.

Sagittarius (November 22 - December 21): Sagittarians like to be active, so when they're required to stay put and boredom creeps in, they won't be able to sit still. They can make an art out of sneaky clock-watching.

Capricorn (December 22 - January 19): When a Capricorn is bored, it's usually while doing something responsible, such as waiting in the jury room to be called for jury duty. The Capricorn will use anything handy, whether it's their phone, tablet or a nearby computer to surf the internet, possibly doing research.

Aquarius (January 20 - February 18): Aquarians will bite their nails, touch their hair, tap their feet, and gently bite the inside of their lips — anything to stay awake.

Pisces (February 19 - March 20): Pisces blame themselves for their boredom. With their great creative minds, they should be able to lift themselves out of the boredom cloud. If they can't escape their boredom, they sleep.
