"As a dating coach," says Julianne, "I always advise my clients — both men and women — to wait as long as possible to introduce sexual intimacy. I suggest they follow the 90-day rule. And what is that exactly? Well, it's dating the same person, two times a week, over a three-month period, equalling out to be about 24 dates."
