Common wisdom tells us ladies to make men wait for it. You know, monogamy before intercourse and all that jazz. But is it really true that you shouldn't be physically intimate with a man until you're in a committed relationship with him, or is it ever okay to let your hormones lead the way? "As a dating coach," says Julianne, "I always advise my clients — both men and women — to wait as long as possible to introduce sexual intimacy. I suggest they follow the 90-day rule. And what is that exactly? Well, it's dating the same person, two times a week, over a three-month period, equalling out to be about 24 dates."
