Welcome. I am a psychotherapist and supervisor based in High Wycombe in England. I work on both a short and long-term basis with people who are trying to work through a variety of situations. Sometimes these relate to a specific event such as CPTSD, bereavement, divorce or redundancy, sometimes relating to a more general problem or behavior. I blog on a wide range of psychological themes.
I trained in the NHS at St Barts' Hospital, and before that at addiction centers. I am a member of the Guild of Psychotherapists and the Association of Independent Psychotherapists, and a member of the British Association for Psychoanalytic and Psychodynamic Supervision (BAPPS). I hold an MA in Psychotherapy & Counselling, and an MA in Literature.
