About Sarah Lawrence
Hello, I'm Sarah Lawrence. I had an opening to the Akashic Records in 2010 after 15 years of spiritual study and energy work. I am now an established Psychic and Past Lives Reader, working online via Skype and phone as well and one-to-one in Wichita. I also give readings through email and messaging.
You can receive readings and energy sessions via Skype or phone that are just as effective as face to face work. Although you would miss out on the cup of tea you would be offered (just bring your own if we connect online).
In the past, I worked in the UK in the British Broadcasting industry, then taught computer systems of all sorts. I was a freelance computer trainer for a while, then co-directed a training business for a partner. One of the courses we created is still running to this day (written over 20 years ago).
Finally, I decided to really focus on my own intuitive abilities, which had always been there helping me along. Then began another 20-year journey, resulting in this Akashic Records stuff.
What are the Akashic Records?
The Akashic Records are an energetic database of information as old as time. Think of your life (and past lives, if you believe in those) as a long energetic thread containing all of your thoughts, actions, and emotions up until the present moment.
This energetic thread doesn't exist in isolation, it's part of the Akashic Field or A-Field.
This field is knitted together with all of the other energetic threads of data from other Souls, objects, locations, even the consciousness of the Earth resulting in the nature of human consciousness as we know it (Jim).
At the beginning of a reading, I locate your personal 'thread' by asking for some simple information from you, then I use a specific meditation and some pendulum work to tune in your specific energetic data. Think of your Akashic Records as your personal 'experience data' stored in the energetic cloud, ready to be downloaded.
So why have your Akashic Records, or your experience data, read?
Well, there's that Whitesnake song - Here I Go Again that goes "I don't know where I'm going, but I sure know where I've been".
Apart from showing my age, liking for heavy metal and big hair, I do like this song as an inspiration for the Akashic work, since I believe it's important to understand our past in the context of our present position in life.
The past is what got you here. You made decisions, choices and had experiences which have brought you to now.
Are you happy with where you are now or do you have tangles in your Akashic data thread that are causing you to feel stuck in repeating cycles of behavior? Or perhaps you feel unfulfilled with your current lot or unable to create the abundance or even the relationships that you desire?

Learning more about your Akashic Records can help you to identify the tangles and take action in the now to straighten them out - your mission if you choose to accept it.
This understanding of the difference between where you'd like to be, and where you are now is achieved during an Akashic Records Reading by making contact with the real you.
The real you is the person that you are without all of those tangles in the way. The person whose full expression may have been halted or stunted in the past because of circumstances, decisions or choices that you had to make.
Make new choices
Unlike that Whitesnake song, we don't create our lives in a vacuum and we don't have to continue on 'down the only road we've ever known'.
We are all here co-creating together, our threads are all tangled up. When we become more conscious of that entanglement and the road we have already traveled, we can make brand new choices.
You could call that real you the 'Soul'. The jury may be out for you on past lives, or even whether we have an eternal soul. I'm not here to change anyone's beliefs.
I have always been most interested in the energy of us and how we can fully express ourselves on the journey. For me, the Akashic Records has created the greatest clarity to date.
