BACKGROUND:
Michelle is the President of MetaCC Incorporated where she primarily functions as a Human Resources Consultant and Coach with over 20 years of experience working in both the private and public sectors. During this time, she has worked in a variety of industries ranging from consulting, professional services, legal, financial services, pharmaceutical, retail, government, broadcasting and consumer packaged goods. Michelle was also a former Community Producer and Host of an educational TV show, "Coaching for Today's Workplace" on Rogers TV (Peel Region).
EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS:
Michelle graduated from York University with a Honours Bachelor of Arts degree. She currently holds both the Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) and Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designations. Michelle holds a number of certifications including a registered Mentor Coach on the International Coach Federation, Facilitator for Development Dimensions International (DDI) and Birkman First Look (BFL) Reports.
OTHER SPECIALTIES:
In addition to being a Leadership Coach, Michelle also provides life coaching services to individuals, couples and families. In her spare time, Michelle enjoys being able to educate individuals through facilitating workshops and providing her expertise as a guest speaker when requested.
