About Keren Smedley
People and relationships are my passion. When these are going well at home and at work, life becomes easy and much more pleasurable. When they’re in a difficult place and things are tricky we suffer deeply and can be seriously unhappy. As an experienced life and business coach and media spokesperson on the complex area of relationships in all aspects of our professional and personal lives I can offer you support to help you to live the life you want.
My special interest is the 50+. I confess I’m of that age group myself and when I turned 50 I was aware that there were different issues facing me in my life to when I was young. I’m interested in working with you on all aspects of your life - we have relationships wherever we go. That of course isn’t to say that I don’t work with all ages and of course a lot of our relationships are intergenerational.
I run workshops on 'Relationships, Love and Sex', 'Feel Good and Look Fab!' and many more. Look here for more details.
