About Katherine Miller
I have focused my practice on matrimonial law since 1988. Over those years numerous clients have expressed appreciation not only for the professional competence they found but also for the personal commitment and support they received from the team at the Miller Law Group. I am dedicated to the needs of families and children faced with difficult decisions about their life and future. I know that every family is unique and every client deserves an appropriate resolution that meets their needs. After litigating for many years, I focused my practice exclusively on Collaborative Law and mediation in 2003 and since then have worked exclusively to achieve out-of-court solutions that work over the long-term. I am committed to helping people find good out of court solutions to divorce and separation, trusts and estates and small business disputes. Collaborative Practice and mediation are the focus of my work because I believe these processes provide lasting solutions.
I developed a unique perspective in the practice of family law while litigating family law cases and working through my own divorce. Traditional divorce encourages resentment between spouses. my experience with non-traditional divorce gives me the ability to provide my clients with expertise, support and compassion they need while working through their legal issues.
