My name is Jodie Rodenbaugh and I'm the creator of the Sexy Soul Makeover.
I am a transformational coach who uses a holistic approach to entice sexy from the inside out by uncovering the S.H.I.T your subconscious mind has been telling you that is keeping you at "good enough". I use ancient wisdom & modern knowledge to liberate the Sexy Soul you're here to be.
I'm a widowed mom, losing my husband unexepctedly during a routine local block procedure prior to shoulder surgery, who gets the overwhelm of feeling like all the responsibilities are yours alone. The truth is, I felt more alone with my little shit & other limiting beliefs that told me I "should" know it all, do it all, and be it all in order to be a good wife, mother, and teacher.
I have a Masters in Education, am NASM Certified as a Personal Trainer, and am Certified as a Life Coach by the International Coaching Federation (IPEC). I am also a certified Master Practitioner at administering an Energy Assessment — The Sexy Soul Profile– that puts in black and white exactly what's holding them back in life and love.
