About Randy Nathan
My name is Randy Nathan, but I am generally referred to as Coach Randy by my clients, family and friends. I have been invovled with helping people for over twenty years. I earned my BA from the University of Colorado (Sociology & Education), an MSW from the University of Southern California, a MA in Non-Profit Management from Hebrew Union College, and my coaching certification from iPEC Coaching. I have spent a majority of my life inspiring people as a teen worker, clinician, educator, athletic coach, camp director, and professional coach.
I am the President/CEO of Project NextGen and have written numerous articles, hosted my own radio show, and served as a guest on multiple TV shows. I am the area anti-bullying expert for Fox 5’s Good Day NY, have a provisional certification with the Olweus Bully Prevention Program. In addition to working with individual clients and companies, I travel throughout New Jersey helping schools, students and parents understand bullying, bullying behavior and engage bystanders to become upstanders. The Sports Authority in New Jersey has partnered with me to offer “Bullying in Sports” workshops throughout NJ at their locations.
My hands-on experience coupled with my background, education and training, has proven to be extremely beneficial to my clients. I have a great sense of humor, am warm and sensitive and have contagious enthusiasm that stimulates and motivates clients of all ages. I am married to Jessa and has four children.
