I am recognized as an accomplished executive/leadership coach, leadership development consultant, speaker, and facilitator. I know people and business, and help leaders grow as they get results through others. I enjoy the challenge of assisting senior leadership with finding the right people to do the right things at the right times.
With 20 years of experience developing leaders, I have worked with a wide-variety of businesses and industries throughout the United States in the areas of leadership development, coaching, customer service, conflict resolution, succession planning, problem solving, behavioral interviewing, and diversity. I am well-known for my ability to assist senior leadership to identify and develop high-potential talent and improve performance. As the CEO of Performance Concepts, Inc., my husband, Michael and I, provide excellent learning opportunities both in the classroom and online options along with teambuilding, individual coaching, and group coaching activities.
Whether in business or in life, I am passionate about collaborative communication and empowering people to forge their own path of success. Because of this Performance Concepts, Inc., partners with a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in individual and family therapy. This partnership differentiates us from the typical Learning and Development Consultant and is powerful for the overall well-being of our clients.
I have a Bachelor’s Degree from Missouri State University in Organizational Communication and Journalism. I am a Board Certified Executive/Leadership/ Business Coach, MBTI® Master Practitioner, FIRO-B Practitioner, Six Sigma Green Belt, Development Dimensions International Facilitator, and Everything DiSC Facilitator.
Referred by some coaching clients as a "relationship genius," I enjoy bringing people together and creating insight on ways to improve their organization. It is through these opportunities employee engagement increases along with productivity and profitability. I work hard to create a safe environment built on a foundation of trust, honesty, and transparency.
