About Lori Carpenos
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, with over 25 years of experience working with individuals, couples (all stages - from pre-marital to long term), families and groups and 18 years experience teaching the 3 principles behind every life experience we have had or could have.
Knowledge of these principles has assisted people in all walks of life and has been called a “Best Practice” in the field of Prevention. Because of the profound results I have witnessed, simply from a deep enough understanding of how these principles create every experience we have, I decided to devote my life's work to sharing them.
Co-author of Healthy Thinking, Feeling, and Doing: A Middle School Prevention Curriculum, I also authored StressLess: A Guide to a Healthier, Happier Future. Over the course of the past 3.5 years, I have been engaged in writing a book about creating and maintaining high level, happy and healthy relationships.
Innate health, feeling fulfilled in life and our relationships is our birthright. Given the understanding of how we create our experience of life, in every moment, your own insights will lead to spontaneous positive change from the inside-out, that are sustainable over time.
I, and my colleagues are available for talks, seminars, retreats, and a 2 day StressLess Program for all levels of Corporations and Businesses.
I received a Master’s Degree in 1978 from Lesley College and completed a post-graduate fellowship in the 3 Principles in 1994. I have had the opportunity to work with individuals, couples, and families in hospitals, treatment centers, schools, and outpatient clinics, as well as my private practice. I have trained teachers, hospital staff, and other clinicians in the 3 Principles as a way to access innate health in every person.
